Shipping & Returns

This policy explains how we process, ship, and handle issues with orders. Because our products are research compounds, returns are handled differently than for consumer goods — please read Sections 7 and 8 carefully before ordering.

1.Shipping Destinations

Titanborn Labs currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders with a non-U.S. destination will not be accepted and, if placed, will be refunded.

2.Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed and any required verification is complete (see our Research Use Only Policy). Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer; if a significant delay is expected, we will notify you.

3.Shipping Methods, Rates & Transit

We ship via major U.S. carriers. Available methods and exact rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order. Products are packaged appropriately for safe transit. Stated transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed; once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is in the carrier’s control.

4.Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update with the carrier.

5.Delivery Issues — Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit

If your order is delayed in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but not received, contact us at Support@titanbornlabs.com within 3 business days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. For damage, please retain all packaging and include photographs of the package and contents. We will work with you and, where appropriate, with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue — including a replacement or refund where warranted. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

6.Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we can reship it once you cover the additional shipping cost, or issue a refund for the product value less original shipping and any return charges.

7.Returns — Research Compounds Are Final Sale

All products are final sale and non-returnable once shipped. Because our products are research compounds, we cannot verify the storage conditions, handling, or chain of custody of any item once it has left our facility. For reasons of quality, integrity, and safety, we are unable to accept returns or resell returned products.

This means we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

8.Order Errors, Damaged, or Defective Items

The final-sale policy above does not limit your remedies in the following situations. If we ship the wrong item, an item arrives damaged (see Section 5), or a product is verifiably defective, contact us at Support@titanbornlabs.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs. Where we confirm the error or defect, we will, at our discretion, reship the correct item or issue a refund or store credit. We may ask you to return or dispose of the affected item before a resolution is finalized.

9.Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to process and appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the issue resulted from our error.

10.Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at Support@titanbornlabs.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to this policy.

11.Contact Us First

If anything is wrong with your order, please contact us before disputing a charge or filing a chargeback. Nearly every issue — a delay, a delivery problem, an order error — can be resolved quickly and directly. See our Chargeback & Dispute Policy for details on how disputes are handled.
